Die Zahlen zeigen, dass Facebook als Traffic-Kanal f\u00fcr die Verlage stark an Bedeutung verloren hat. Der Anteil an Facebook-<a href=\"https:\/\/www.seo-united.de\/glossar\/referrer\/\">Referrals<\/a> ist von 39% auf <strong>26%<\/strong> innerhalb von 2017 <strong>gefallen<\/strong>, wohingegen Google von 34% auf 44% innerhalb des gleichen Zeitraum gestiegen ist. <!--more-->Google ist demnach in den USA f\u00fcr 44% des Traffics bei den Verlagen verantwortlich und h\u00e4ngt Facebook deutlich ab. Zusammen kommen die beiden Schwergewichte auf <strong>70% Traffic-Anteil<\/strong>, was bedeutet, dass keiner der Verlage und keiner der etwas mit Content im Web zu tun hat, es sich leisten kann auf diese beiden Kan\u00e4le zu verzichten.<\/p>\n<p>Laut der Pars.ly Studie wird der starke R\u00fcckgang des Traffic auf die Umstellung des News-Algorithmus von Facebook zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt, welche nun mehr Beitr\u00e4ge von Freunden und Familie in die Timeline sp\u00fclt und weniger die Beitr\u00e4ge der News-Publisher. Zudem geht man davon aus, dass Videoinhalte st\u00e4rker promoted werden, sodass Beitr\u00e4ge, welche durch Links die Besucher auf die Webseite des Verlages f\u00fchren sollen darunter leiden.
